Body Dynamics is a premier personal training service designed to deliver lasting results.  Our company is based in Honolulu, Hawaii but our service reach is global with our online training option.  Body Dynamics founder and head trainer, Les Tin has spent many years (10 years) learning and practicing in Hawaii's fitness industry.  Body Dynamics's education and service platform has been refined through thedirect and indirect coaching of thousands of clients, education of many classes of personal trainers and consulting with local corporations. His detailed understanding of a total wellness application led him to open the Body Dynamics Performance Studio. 

The Body Dynamics Performance Studio is staffed with the top instructors in Honolulu.  All of which were mentored by Les and with the Body Dynamics training systems. If you are looking for a cookie cutter approach to program design and training, we are not the instructors for you.  However, if you want to have a program designed from the ground up and be able to understand how factors such as breathing, emotion, flexibility, movement, nutrition and thought patterns affect the way you are or could be, you need to give us a call.  Remember, more of the same equals more of the same!  It costs you nothing to talk with us.
