Aloha & Welcome to Body Dynamics.


Body Dynamics is a premier personal training service designed to deliver lasting results.  Our company is based in Honolulu, Hawaii but our service reach is global.  Body Dynamics founder and head trainer, Les Tin has spent many years (11 years) learning and practicing in Hawaii's fitness industry.  Body Dynamics's education and service platform has been refined through the direct and indirect coaching of thousands of clients, education of many classes of personal trainers and consulting with local corporations. His detailed understanding of a total wellness application led him to open the Body Dynamics Performance Studio. 

The Body Dynamics Performance Studio was founded in April of 2008.  Our goal was to provide a smaller and more private setting for our clients to receive the coaching they deserve and desire.  The non-itimidating environment allows each client to learn and perform in a relaxed atmosphere.  In December of 2009, the Body Dynamics Performance Studio was relocated to a new HOME that provides us with more client convienence and more training options due to its location near Diamond Head / Waikiki / Kapahulu.  The training hub for many outdoor sports!

How are we unique? Our philosophy is simple.  TRAIN THE BODY THE WAY IT TELLS YOU TO!  That's right, our dedication to continued education and innovation gives us the experience and tools to Educate-Empower-Encourage the body and the individual for what it needs.  We firmly believe that we should not impose our demands on a body.  Instead, we must work closely with the body and allow it to invite the change.  Our bodies our capable of healing itself, performing better and looking great.  All we need to do is provide it with the proper stimulus for change to occur.  For many, this may sound like a completely new and odd philosophy, but all you need to do is visit our facility and speak with us and you'll understand our concepts.

When not coaching personal clients, Les is often seen coaching and mentoring next generation instructors from the local university as well as coaching senior instructors from neighboring facilities.  In fact, our facility is staffed with a few of the finest instructors in Honolulu.  All of which were mentored by Les and with the Body Dynamics training systems. If you are looking for a cookie cutter approach to program design and training, we are not the instructors for you.  However, if you want to have a program designed from the ground up and be able to understand how factors such as breathing, emotion, flexibility, movement, nutrition and thought patterns affect the way you are or could be, you need to give us a call.  Remember, more of the same equals more of the same!  It costs you nothing to talk with us.
