BODY DYNAMICS Fitness Assessment
An important part of any responsible training program, a comprehensive fitness assessment should objectively measure your current level of physical fitness, reveal structural and movement tendencies (imbalances or distortions), identify stress markers and include current nutritional behaviors. Without an effective fitness assessment, there is no starting point. Your program would be a "guess" and any true progress cannot be accurately measured. Body Dynamics' fitness assessment incorporates many different methods to achieve accurate results.
The Fitness assessment measures:

  • Blood Pressure
  • Body Fat & Circumference
  • Cardiovascular Fitness & Heart Rate Recovery (utilizing 3 minute step test)
  • Comprehensive Gait (movement) Analysis
  • Dynamic & Static Posture
  • Nutrition, Sleep & Stress Habits and Patterns 
  • Other necessary activity specific assessments.

Strength Training
Our strength training programs are individualized and created from information collected during assessments and initial goal consultations.  We utilize an integrative approach to your development.  Time will be spent on enhancing your foundation in order to create an efficient base for more demanding training requirements as you progress. Quite often, strength training may be counter productive if the rest of your body is not in balance.  However, once progess is initiated such as balance, body control and endurance, we will continuously make educated changes to increase your training potential.  If you want to train on machines, go join a gym.  If you want to improve total performance, THEN TRAIN FOR IT!

Cardiorespiratory Training
Your cardio program will be designed to support your ever progressing goals.  Some of your lessons may be spent on this in our facility but we would prefer that you take our program recommendations and do your cardio workouts outside in nature.  Nature's beauty is inspiring, so go enjoy it.  If your activity or sport requires that we take our coaching outdoors, we are prepared for that as well.  If you need it, we will provide or find a way for you to get it.

Nutritional Education



Our new partnership with DotFIT LLC, a leader in Fitness & Nutrition Educaton, enables us to provide you with the BEST online nutrition and workout programming.  When we combine our hands-on coaching with the best online assistance available to you, your potential is limitless. Together we will develop a plan for your nutrition strategy based on what makes you feel good in addition to what supports your goals.  We will discuss what vitamins and minerals are essential for improved health and performance.   We will guide you through the process, help you get through hurdles along the way and provide continuous education to empower you to make supportive decisions.  We're with you all the way.

Tracking Results
An important part of the process is tracking results. To maximize your progress, we need to continually monitor and adjust your program. This cannot be done effectively without proper monitoring ongoing assessments and a productive partnership.  We can continually tailor your program so that you are getting what you need to achieve your goals.

Ongoing Training and Support
We will teach you efficient techniques to improve balance, endurance, energy, lifestyle, performance and strength for a lifetime. You will learn valuable techniques that can be incorporated into your lifestyle for years to come. We will also utilize our extensive library to provide you with reading materials for self discovery.  When you are coached by Team Body Dynamics, your education resources are extensive.  You will be given access to your instructor via email, phone, studio sessions or texting.  In addition, you will also have access to our DotFIT partners and their expert nutritionist and researchers.  Your success is our primary focus!!

TRAINING JANE Seminar & Programming (Female Specific Coaching)
Almost every program out there for females are just "watered down" versions of the male workouts.  That may not be too bad BUT almost all programs for men are based on bodybuilding principles, which IS NON-FUNCTIONAL for almost all of us!  We've gathered the most trusted research and put together a scientifically based training system that is specific to the female client.  This program can be offered as 1) Lecture/Seminar for those who want to learn more about training females 2) A systematically structured program that addresses the specific gender / physiological / structural / emotional requirements.

YOUTHdynamics Program (Ages 10-16 years old)
A specially designed program for the adolescent "youth" that is customized and affordable.  Our program is based on scientific research and clinical experience on training the young athlete.  We take into consideration, the anatomical, emotional, and physiological characteristics of each client based on their age and design a performance program that will serve to improve their confidence, health, performance and wellbeing.  Most importantly, we will help to establish a strong performance base for their future.
